Wagertally is provided “as is”. It applies the federal gambling winnings and loss rules described on this site to the bets you provide. It is not tax advice and doesn't file anything. It relies on your bet history being complete and accurate, and it doesn't cover state taxes, professional gamblers, nonresidents or high-income itemized deduction limits. You remain responsible for your returns. Wagertally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the IRS, any sportsbook, casino or software company. It doesn't take bets or give betting advice.

Free plan

The free plan lets you check files of any size and see the winnings, losses, the 90% limit, the itemize check, every check and the first 25 bets.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Wagertally can't read your file or adds up your bets incorrectly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.
