Getting Your Sportsbook Bet History Ready for Taxes
- Bet history from each sportsbook's account or transaction page, for all of 2026, as CSV or Excel if offered. If only a PDF is available, copy the rows into the Wagertally template.
- Win/loss statements from casinos and player's clubs.
- Forms W-2G you received.
- Open bets (futures) settle in the year they're decided; leave them for that year.
- Bonus and free bets: you didn't stake your own money, so the payout is all winnings.
